Responsibilities:

  • Identify, review, and vet RFPs, and develop Go/No Go recommendations
  • Manage assignment, content development, and delivery of proposal and prequalification packages
  • Maintain BD information in a CRM environment
  • Lead internal BD meetings
  • Represent the company at pre-bid meetings
  • Manage client and partner communication related to opportunities / proposals
  • Develop and update marketing collateral such as resumes and project profiles
  • Support company visibility activities
  • Support the execution of the Strategic Plan
  • Work closely with the VP of Strategic Growth and Proposal Coordinator to continually improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall health of the BD function

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing, business, communications, or political science preferred. IT or engineering background also desirable.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing and business development experience in a professional services environment with public sector clients; experience in the transportation industry a plus
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Superior organization skills
  • Resourceful
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using a CRM system preferred but not required
  • Eastern time zone strongly preferred

TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANT - PUBLIC SECTOR

Marine Tiger Technologies is looking for a dynamic professional to support our transportation-focused management consulting and planning practice. Position Overview

The transportation industry is going through one of the most transformative periods in recent memory. COVID-19 has upended traditional commutation patterns, while advances in technology have allowed transportation agencies to rethink how they provide mobility services.   • Develop and manage plans and schedules required for the successful execution of technology implementation and integration projects
