After 10 years with Amtrak, and a stint at a large consulting firm, I recently chose to join a small women-owned firm called Marine Tiger Technologies. I’ve fielded a number of calls recently asking, “why Marine Tiger?” The first thing that came to mind is that I wanted to be happy. But what did that really mean? Read this issue.
