Project Objective:
To provide a GIS and web-based sign information management system to support work order generation and inventory management.  The system, which is accessible to inspectors, installers and Sign Shop staff via mobile devices, allows field staff to pick up work assignments remotely, record inspections, and submit requests to modify or replace signs.

Project Services:

  • Designed a training plan to support knowledge transfer for approximately 600 end users
  • Developed training manuals, end-user reference materials
